PT Metrics privacy policy
Effective 3 November 2026. This policy applies to the PT Metrics reporting dashboard at metrics.gothongphutrang.com. The separate Gỗ Thông Phú Trang website privacy policy covers the public store.
Who operates the application
Công ty TNHH MTV TM XNK Phú Trang operates PT Metrics for its own website and business locations. Questions and deletion requests: Hotro@gothongphutrang.com.
Google data accessed and why
Only an authorized account holder can connect Google through OAuth. With that authorization, PT Metrics reads:
- Search Console property performance: search terms, page URLs, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, to track organic search.
- Google Analytics reports: website traffic, events and conversions, to understand site performance and contact activity.
- Google Ads reports: campaigns, impressions, clicks, cost and conversions, to monitor advertising performance. Although Google provides the
adwordsscope, PT Metrics only makes reporting requests. - Google Business Profile location and performance data for the company's four locations, to report calls, directions and other interactions. Although Google provides the
business.managescope, PT Metrics only makes read requests.
PT Metrics combines these reports in a private dashboard and may send summary alerts or weekly reports to the company's configured Telegram chat. It does not use Google data to advertise to users or sell it.
Storage, security and sharing
Google OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in Cloudflare D1. Report data is stored in Cloudflare D1 and is accessible only through the dashboard protected by Cloudflare Access. Data travels over HTTPS. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage; Telegram receives the selected summary reports only if the company enables that integration. We do not sell Google user data or share it with unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Report history is kept while the company uses PT Metrics so that it can compare results over time. Disconnecting Google revokes and deletes the saved OAuth tokens; previously imported report rows are not automatically removed. The account owner can request deletion of stored reports and tokens by emailing Hotro@gothongphutrang.com. We will remove the requested data from the application after verifying the request.
Google API Services User Data Policy
PT Metrics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the reporting purposes described above.
